The China-Sri Lanka Friendship National Nephrology Specialty Hospital will soon be open to the public

The China-Sri Lanka Friendship National Nephrology Specialty Hospital, which was built close to the Polonnaruwa General Hospital as the largest kidney hospital in South Asia, will soon be open to the public, catering to the long-standing needs of people in many districts around the country suffering from kidney disease.
The National Nephrology Hospital, which was inaugurated by former President Maithripala Sirisena on July 21, 2018, has 204 beds, 100 blood transfusion machines, state-of-the-art laboratories, and state-of-the-art facilities including a kidney transplant operating theater.
